Salalah's Strategic Fuel Reserve is an OQ fuel-storage and logistics development in Dhofar. OQ describes three connected elements: the reserve facility in Salalah Free Zone, a pipeline from the port pumping station to the storage tanks, and expansion of the port pumps. The development includes storage, control, loading and supporting facilities.
